Remove ipch and SDF file methods in VS2010

When you build a C + + solution using VS2010, a solutionname.sdf and a folder called ipch are generated, and the two files plus *.pch files make the project very large. In this paper, two methods are introduced to make the vs2010 not produce. SDF and ipch files
