problem: in the Ubuntu system, the MySQL account is added, the database is given full operational privileges , and the database is allowed to link from the external
However, it is still not possible to remotely access the MySQL database .

Reason: In the Ubuntu system, the default installation of MySQL limits only the local computer to access the database

Workaround: Remove native binding restrictions on MySQL database

NANO/ETC/MYSQL/MY.CNF #编辑配置文件
Find bind-address = 127.0.0.1

To

#bind-address = 127.0.0.1
Ctrl+o #保存配置
Ctrl+x #退出
/etc/init.d/mysql Restart #重启数据库
