Remove single quotes before cells after exporting Excel

When we export data from the database to excel, the content in the database is forcibly converted into text by default. In this case, open the exported Excel file and select any cell, then we can see that a single quotation mark is added in front of the cell in the "Edit bar". How can we cancel these single quotation marks?
