By default, the Cluster service files are installed on computers running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition or Windows Server 2003 Data Center Edition. In earlier versions of Windows, this feature was included in the Add/Remove Programs tool.
You cannot delete the Cluster service, but you can restore it to a state that is not configured: Start Cluster Administrator (CluAdmin.exe). Right-click the node, and then clicking Stop Cluster Service ().
Note : Do not perform this step if this server is the last node in the cluster. Right-click the node, and then select Exit nodes.
This step returns the cluster to the state it was initially not configured with. Later, you can rejoin it to the same cluster or to another cluster. If you cannot start the Cluster service, or if you have difficulty removing the node, you can manually cancel the configuration of the Cluster service: Run the Cmd.exe program to open the command prompt. At the command prompt, type the cluster node name/forcecleanup, and then press ENTER.
Note : If the Cluster service does not exist in the registry, the command does not respond. To create a placeholder, type the following line in the command line, and then press ENTER: SC create clussvc
