The file was recovered after a reboot because the file was rewritten by xdg-user-dirs-update boot.

So turn off this thing and change it to Enabled=false in/etc/xdg/user-dirs.conf.

After changing the configuration file, restart, you will find that the files become bookmarks, you can right-click Delete
