Remove win7 network speed limit.

When the computer has just bought or the system is re-installed, the Win7 system will limit the network speed by default by 20%, limit our internet speed, we can solve this limit, make the Internet faster

Here are the steps to do

1. Start > Run

2. Enter the following command, and then determine

Gpedit.msc

3. Click Computer Configuration

4. Click Manage Templates

5. Click Network

6. Click QoS Packet Scheduler

7. Enter the "limit to retain bandwidth"

8, after entering, the default is not configured, the bandwidth limit defaults to 20%, here Click "Enabled", and then set the bandwidth limit to 0

9. After Setup is complete, save > restart
