Rename Office toolbars, menus, and menu commands

You can use the mouse to rearrange and modify Office toolbar buttons, menus, menu commands, and custom toolbars, as well as through the keyboard menu to access and use the Rearrange Commands dialog box. These tasks can be identified as keyboard access.

Do one or more of the following:

Rename a button or menu command

1, on the Tools menu, click the Customize command.

2, make sure that the toolbar you want to change is visible.
