Today, when I wrote a recruitment system, I found that I directly submitted the content to the database in our original format, and there were no line breaks or spaces in the first line, for details, we can't see the original carriage return and space in textarea, but they all have ascii code. the asc value of the carriage return is 32, knowing this is simple. let's take an example to illustrate:
-
- $ Value = str_replace (chr (13 ),'
', $ _ POST ['textvalue'])
- ?>
Here, we replace the carriage return in textarea with a line break, which will display the text in html normally in the same format as the text box in textarea.
Str_replace (chr (32 ),'
', $ _ POST ['textvalue'])
It's easy.
