1. Login to VCenter via VSphere client. Go to the VM
2. Create a 1G new disk (SCSI 1:2) for the VM temperary
3. Change SCSI controller1 to paravirtual from Logical LSI SAS
4. Boot VM, and upgrade VMtools
5. Shutdown the VM
6. Remove the new disk (SCSI 1:2) and SCSI controller1 'll be removed automatic
7. Change SCSI Controller0 to paravirtual from Logical LSI SAS
8. Change options mem/cpu HotPlug to enable
9. Remove Old e1000 NIC
Add a new VMNET3 NIC
Update VM hardware version to current
Boot VM, and login vm with local admin
Reconfigure the Ip/netmask/gateway/dns

Type "Set Devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1" from Administrator privileges CMD
Type "Devmgmt.msc" to open Device Danager
In Device Manager, go to the menu option, viewàshow hidden devices
Expand "Network adapters" and delete the old physical adapters
Replace the NIC with the VM for Windows VMNET3 from E1000
