Prompt password expires, due to the need to connect the test database, so decided to set the password to never expire.

1. View the profile settings for the user:

SELECT username,profile from Dba_users;  

The profile settings for the general user are default.

2. Review the Password_life_time settings in the system profiles.

SELECT * from Dba_profiles s WHERE s.profile= ' DEFAULT ' and resource_name= ' password_life_time ';

3. Change the settings of Password_life_tim in Dba_profiles to ulimited.

ALTER profile DEFAULT LIMIT password_life_time UNLIMITED;  

After the modification, the settings take effect immediately and do not need to restart the database, at which time the password will never expire.

4. The account that has been reported to expire password must change password again (DBA authority required)

Take system users as an example

Sqlplus/as Sysdbaalter User system identified by root;

No longer will the password expire when the data is connected again.
