First, open caches/configs/system.php, line 51st, replace "/html" with "/"

Then, opening phpcms/modules/special/class/html.class.php, line 189th, put

Change into

Finally, update the system cache so that the path to the PHPCMS v9 feature column can be generated in the root directory.
