Eclipse Console increases the number of rows displayed:

In Preferences-〉run/debug-〉console, remove the option to output the limit console, or choose to set the value of the buffer size

Binary eject:

Preferences-〉run/debug-〉console inside

Uncheck the option for Show when program writes-to-standard out (pops up when there is a value in the console)

and Show When program writes -to- standard error (Popup when there is an error in console)
