Time is an illusion.

Baby, we're spinning, spinning, spinning. Electrons spin in our tall flesh and blood, electrons spin in big, damp rocks, and electrons spin in the bright, shining sun. Electrons spin in the deep, dark galaxies, and electrons spin in the boundless universe.

This never-ending rotation sometimes makes people dizzy, so we try to set up some kind of delicate order for our chaotic life without a chapter. We hang a calendar on the kitchen closet, dividing it every month per week, dividing it daily every week. We planned the events of the evening of Saturday. Sunday Lights out and slept early. I set off for work in the morning of Monday. See, we have now used minute, time, day, week, month, year, life, instead of rotation.

Of course, a calendar may be set for a crazy life, like placing a note in a tornado. But, without structure and routine, we can only wander forever without a destination, do you understand what I mean?

No, no, no, we need order, we want order, we crave order, we love order. Order gave us birthdays, anniversaries and barber appointments. Order gave us the bell, the smell of baking cakes and the Christmas Eve of the whole family. Order gave us a library of reading, Holiday blessings and summer long weekend, order gave us a lot.

But sometimes it's nice to slow down and stay out of order.

Sometimes, at the edge of a wet river, under the stars, a crumpled tent, camping with your beloved, isn't it great? Sometimes, on a snowy weekend, I'm at home, curled up in a faded corduroy couch, isn't that great? Sometimes, for a loose pair of khaki shorts, set a bright shirt, Is it not great to fly to a faraway island just to lie on the hot sands and face the blue, sparkling sea?

Sometimes, take a step back and look at the clouds and the sky, isn't it great?

Sometimes it's not great to let your thoughts drift away.

Sometimes, close your eyes, time flies, isn't it great?

Sometimes, forget the hands on the clock, do a daydream, isn't it great?
