2. Discuss with each member of the stakeholder separately to obtain all requirements

3. Create a preliminary list of functions and features based on the survey in step 2.

4. Arrange a series of meetings to promote demand acquisition

6. Establish informal user scenarios at each meeting

7. Create a revised requirement list

9. Use quality function deployment technology to prioritize requirements

10. Package requirements so that the software can be delivered in batches
