[1. text, the enemy of PPT]

We often hear this remark when making a PPT: "The PPT is very simple, that is, copying and pasting the text in the word ." This is actually a kind of ignorance and abuse of PPT. If you copy and paste the text directly to the PPT to achieve the effect of the demo, there is basically no need for the PPT.

 The essence of the PPT design is visualization. It is to convert general words that are invisible, invisible, and obscure to Vivid scenes consisting of PPT charts, PPT pictures, PPT animations, and sounds, in order to be easy to understand and lifelike.

Image brings you at least three feelings:

First, it is easy to understand. The text is always highly general. People need to read the text in silence, the speech of the person who needs to change the cost, the association between the speech and the demand, and the logic of the demand. However, it is much easier for people to watch movies, you only need to follow the story to enjoy its plot and understand its meaning. PPT is to make these words as vivid as a small movie.

Second, relax. If you stick a novel to the wall, I am sure you will suffer from backache after watching it for half an hour. If you make a novel into a TV series, you may not feel tired after watching it for a day. This is the truth.

Third, it is easy to remember. The traditional PPT design requires the audience to remember the text, which is too difficult, even if they remember it, it is easy to forget; while visual PPT, it makes it easy for the audience to remember the PPT figures, logic, or conclusions. People may still be able to see the shadows after year 35.

Modify the "copy and paste" method! Delete irrelevant content and extract long texts as much as possible. Maybe you are not used to it at the beginning. Maybe you are still doing a rough job. Don't give up, one day, you will applaud your behavior.

Some leaders may ask: "If there is no text in the PPT, what do you want me to talk about ?" Indeed, the changes made in the PPT speech are not overnight. It depends on the level of understanding of the content and the control level of the demonstration skills of the presenter. However, reading texts with the audience is a big taboo in the PPT demonstration, eliminate this article, and the demonstration effect will be gradually improved.

[2. Short and excellent products]

Traditionally, we always think that the more we talk about it, the longer the time it takes, the more careful the presenter is. This is the norm of the Programme economy period. Today, no matter our guidance, customers, or ordinary audiences, time is extremely precious. No one is willing to read several hundred pages of research reports, and no one will listen to your long story.

Concentrate on high-quality products! What is the demonstration center? Concept! In this context, let's clarify the center where the audience is easily confused and what you think is important. Never worry that your demo is too short. If you charge 20 minutes, you can clearly explain what you can understand in one day. In practice, you saved the audience 7 hours and 40 minutes, in the age when time is money, the audience certainly cannot.

Another benefit of being brief is that the content of the PPT is still incomplete. If your demo is wonderful enough, you will be able to leave more waiting and aftertaste to the audience, and someone may ask to copy your PPT back and study it several times. Short, but also raised the request for PPT creation. You need to understand which content is the most caring for the audience, which content is non-essential, and which content can resonate. Based on this, you need to stay and delete the content. Perhaps this is a repetitive process, but there is only one rule: do not let the audience have a yawning time.

[3. Navigation, pointer to PPT]
The PPT has a fatal weakness-it is easy for the audience to lose their thoughts. Why?
I. After all, PPT is not a movie. Its logical structure is general and difficult to grasp;
2. the PPT is a one-page flip. Only one page of content can be viewed at a time. The previous one can only rely on memory.

There are two processing methods:
First, send a speech outline to each audience beforehand;
The second is to establish a clear Navigation System for your PPT.
Navigation systems mainly include:
I. A complete PPT architecture from titles animation, cover, preface, and directory to switching pages, body pages, and end pages
2. Each page has a title bar (excluding the title of the entire PPT, more importantly, the title of this chapter and the topic of this page );
3. Add the page number as much as possible if it is convenient.
