In order to study the management aspects of outsourcing service providers, in addition to analyzing the reasons for outsourcing, risks, failures, and expectations of customers as contractors, we are now considering this from the perspective of service providers.
We mainly consider the requirements of customers, employees, investors, and society for service providers. In escm, a total of 23 requirements are listed to prove that they are well-known in the service management field.
