Research and Analysis of MongoDB database-Level Lock

The series version information of the MongoDB database is as follows:

There are 2 parts to the improvements in v2.2:

Elimination of the global Reader/writer lock-database level locks as the first step.

Pagefaultexception architecture-yield lock on page fault.

Apsaradb for MongoDB 2.2 is greatly improved compared with apsaradb for MongoDB 2.0. The biggest improvement is lock.Global lockToDB level.

Version 2.2 has improved the lock and brought substantial benefits to the write throughput by reducing the lock competition.

In addition to the improvements provided in MongoDB 2.0 and 2.2No lock with any extra Granularity. We are consideringIntroduce document-level locks in version 2.6.

The lock generation upgrade is sufficient, and the set-Level Lock may not lead to any other important improvement. Therefore, the document-Level Lock may be in the next direction.
