0 Introduction
CAD/CAE/CAM, Computer Aided Engineering/Computer Aided manufacturing, is a comprehensive application technology which integrates and penetrates computer and numerical computing, mechanical design and manufacturing technologies. It not only changed the way people design and manufacture products, gave full play to the creativity of designers, at the same time, it can greatly improve the management level and market competitiveness of enterprises. The application of Cad/cae/cam technology in aerospace, automobile, Shipbuilding and machine tool manufacturing has been more mature, but the application in domestic agricultural machinery industry is still in the development stage.
Air-blown seed metering device is a kind of good performance of the row, seed-metering wheel is its key components. The author has been involved in the development of the gas-blown precision seeding device and the type-hole form of the seed-metering wheel, and found that the evenness of the hybrid rice with elliptical cone-shaped holes is high and the hole rate is low. In this paper, a preliminary study on the Cad/cae/cam technology is made by using pneumatic seed-metering wheel as an example.
1 row seed wheel Cad/cae/cam system composition
In order to complete its function, the CAD/CAE/CAM system must have two guarantees of hardware system and software system, and its system composition is shown in Figure 1. Hardware system includes computer and its peripherals and processing equipment, such as host, memory, input and NC machine tools, etc. software systems usually have supporting programs and related documents, including system software, supporting software and application software. Support Software is the core of the CAD/CAE/CAM system, generally including two-dimensional drawing software (AutoCAD), database management software (ORACLE, FoxPro, etc.), CAD software (pro/e, UG, Sok Ding Dworks, Caxa,catia,idias, etc.) , CAE Software (ANSYS, Nastran,abaqus,adina, SAP, etc.), Cam software (ug,mastercam,pro/e, CATIA, Cimatron, etc.). In this research, the PRO/E is adopted in the CAD software, and the CAE software adopts the Ansys,cam software to Mastercam.

Computer aided design of 2.1-row seed wheel (CAD)
The CAD design of seed-arranging wheel is carried out by pro/e software. The software is a three-dimensional Cad/caf/cam software developed by PTC in the United States in 1989 and is especially known for its powerful CAD functions. It has changed the traditional engineering design idea with single data, parameterization, based on feature, whole relativity and engineering data reuse, and it is a very popular system.
The design and manufacture of the pneumatic seeding test equipment basic structure, as shown in Figure 2.
The main parameters of the seed wheel are: elliptic cone-shaped hole cone angle 50°, depth lomm; Ellipse Expansion chart Large-length axis 19.3mm, short axis 13.3mm, push-seed slot wide 1.5mm, deep 2mm; a total of 10 holes are distributed evenly on the outer diameter of the seed wheel of 106mm. Use pro/e software to build 3D models of seed-metering wheels, as shown in Figure 3.
