Reset the spam status and query users' ACTIONS IN THE SYSTEM

Source: Internet

I received a request from my colleague today. I needed to patch the sap_appl component. During the process, I encountered an exception and reported an error. I had no choice but to stop it. Later, I found the notes description sent by my colleagues and found that I only needed to install the notes patch. Rely on me! Why don't we say it early? All patches are half done.

So I installed the notes patch and found that Saint/spam was locked when I tried it in the system. Tip: "OCs locked by user xxx with transaction spam", and in spam, you cannot reset the installation task. However, neither saint nor Spam can be used.

I Remember Rocky said in his blog article how to upgrade Bi addon (see here for details). It details how to solve the dilemma when an upgrade patch or plug-in package error occurs, run spam_reset_status in se37 and set iv_force to X. After running the command, the prompt "OCs locked by user xxx with transaction Saint" is displayed. Start with this prompt and Google the prompt, finally find the solution:

The original article is as follows:
In se37, use the function module ocs_reset_queue-> single test
With the parameters
Iv_tool = saint, iv_force = x

In this way, we finally reset all OCs queues, but changed iv_tool = saint to iv_tool = spam.

Another solution was proposed, as shown below. I have not tried it and I don't know if it works, delete the patch-related data in three tables: pat01, pat03, and pat10:

We were facing a problem in (test server) due to wrongrong defined
Queu. Basis patches 32 and 33 were supposed to be applied
Separately, but by mistake we defined a queue for basis 32
Basis 41 and hr26 to hr40. due to this que was stuck in
Ddic_import phase.

We solved this problem by deleting entries with status = '? 'In
Pat01, pat03 and pat10 tables.
This way we were able to delete the participating queue and spam was
Reset. This can be a last option to solve this problem ..

Many other friends asked me how to view the actions of a user in R/3 over the past few days?
Try the following:
1. T-CD: sm19 set a audit log for user
2. T-CD: sm20 analyze the activity of user.
