Resetting Office installations
Verify that the user account that is performing this procedure has the following credentials:
Close all Office 2013 applications. Open a command prompt with administrative privileges. Go to%installdir%\%program Files%\Microsoft Office\office15. If you install the 32-bit version of Office 2013,%program on a 64-bit operating system, files% is the program Files (x86) folder. At the command prompt, type Ospprearm.exe. If the reset succeeds, the following message is displayed: "Microsoft Office Reset succeeded. ”。 Note: You can reset 5 times unless you use a KMS host to activate Office. If the number of resets is exhausted, using KMS host activation can be reset once. Capture the image or save the virtual machine. For more information about how to capture an image, see Configure Office 2010 to capture images. Important: When capturing an image, do not open an Office application or run Ospp.vbs, or any program related to office 2013. Otherwise, the grace period timer will start.
