I believe that I have developed and used money to work with a wise, decisive, and attractive leader.

I have been working in a private company for so long, and I am very familiar with the boss's hard work and the boss is also very difficult, so I have little interest to say. I quit when I can't stand it. But I think I have to say something to you (I don't want to talk to you like anyone else, but I don't want anyone to talk to you, which is one of the reasons I want to resign ):

1. As a boss, you shouldn't ask questions about trivial matters. The boss should do something big and horizontally. It is uncomfortable to stare at the employees all day. For example, who is the computer used for? How are you late and leaving? About reimbursement and so on. Although small, the boss's image is destroyed. I have never seen a boss calculate the annual salary of each employee and send it to each employee. Is this so approachable?

2. Correction. Office expenses should be saved, the Internet should not be on the ground without restrictions, the car should not be played at will, the phone bill cannot be reported at will, and the travel cost cannot be too high ...... However, do not be too harsh; otherwise, employees will complain.

3. Be fair. Late for fee deduction, so what about overtime? 5% of the total salary deducted late, social security is still deducted, and overtime is 0.5 times the total salary, which is usually due to a large number of changes, not a proportion; work efficiency, rather than just work hours, whether or not I can complete my work depends on my self-consciousness. When I go to work on time, I sleep. What is the purpose? For example, how many times have you been late? Can you say you didn't work hard at work?

4. count the number of words. The amount of money promised before should be given as much as the amount, but now I have to find a variety of reasons to give away; I have also made great efforts to come to the company and can basically complete the work handed over to me, especially pointing out that the logistics project, when there were no one, I took down the technical support of so many hospitals (feature addition and Bug fixes) by myself. Now, this project is not very profitable, and you are beginning to dislike my spending problems; I understand!

5. my personal behavior is used to manage the company. I think the company is mine. The management company can be said to be at will, and the company is in a mess. It is all determined by one person. The narrow private property psychology is at odds, typical economic thinking of small farmers.

6. sometimes, when there are too many work constraints, many employees may not be able to use their own capabilities. The way I do things is: regardless of the project size, serving users first; for employees, the project size is not measured by money, but by work attitude. My work is totally different from what I expected when I came to the company. I think you do not know what I am good at, what I like, and what I hate.

7. The company is like a small workshop. When a monk hits for a day, there is no sense of security. No matter how brilliant the company was, at least the company lacks the atmosphere. What's more, we don't rely on technical strength for projects. In other words, the company is willing to make a fortune in engaging in relationships, but it has never been technical. It has not invested any technical capital for a year. This may be the difference between technology and businessmen.

8. There are too many problems with the company. If you don't want to write it, you may not love it either.
In short, the reason why I resigned after I have been working in the company for four or six months is that the company has limited development space for me and the ability I have shown is not appreciated by the boss. My current job-hopping principle is: Since the boss does not give his own development opportunities, he will not give the boss a chance to resign and leave.

If a company wants to grow, the first thing is the employee's work environment, work treatment, and daily life care. The customer is the second place, because the employee represents your company and the employee's attitude is incorrect, how can services be better? How can the company go further.

My resignation will not affect the company. I wish the company a prosperous development!
