Resolution adjustment after Linux installation in VMware

1. Install VMware Tools:

1. Go to the Linux system under VMware;

2. On the VMware menu bar, choose [VM]> [install wmware tools] to install VMware Tools;

3. Double-click VMware Tools on the Linux system desktop;

4. Double Click to install the VMwareTools-6.0.3-80004.i386.rpm.

Ii. Set Resolution:

1. Su enters the superuser and enters the password;

2. CD/usr/bin

Use this command to enter the/usr/bin directory;

3. ls *. pl

Use this command to find vmware-config-tools.pl files;

4./vmware-config-tools.pl

Run the vmware-config-tools.pl file;

5. Set resolution

Enter the corresponding number and press Enter. You can set it like the original system;

6. Restart the VM.
