Delete files: Host.vmpl and Windows XP Professional.vmpl
Open file: Windows XP professional.vmx, delete the following three lines inside:
Policy.vm.mvmtid = "XX"
Policy.vm.managedVMTemplate = "TRUE"

Policy.vm.managedVM = "FALSE"

Turn it back on.
