Today, when landing on the IE OEM, the report certificate error, navigation has been blocked, I choose: Continue to browse this site (not recommended), but after the point has not responded, searched the internet a lot, the reason is basically windows problems, and finally found that the problem is: Oracle OEM certificate key is less than 1024, The workaround is to execute the certutil command, which is executed on CMD:
