Resolve an issue that does not have permissions on a tablespace

1. Execute under Custom User:

sql> INSERT into student values (1, ' xx ');
INSERT into student values (1, ' xx ')
*
An error occurred on line 1th:
ORA-01950: No permissions on tablespace ' EXAMPLE '

2. Execute under a user with grant permission (System):

Sql> Grant Unlimited tablespace to Caiyao;

Authorization is successful.

3. Authorization to execute the insert after success:

sql> INSERT into student values (1, ' xx ');

1 rows have been created.
