Resolve cannot connect to remote PostgreSQL

PostgreSQL is installed on the remote server and adding the server with Pgadmin is not always possible.

Workaround:

Add host all to pg_hba.conf on the remote PostgreSQL database 0.0.0.0/0 Trust

and ensure that the postgresql.conf parameter is set to listen_addresses = ' * '

After the modification is complete, restart:

/bea/postgresql/9.3/bin/pg_ctl stop

/bea/postgresql/9.3/bin/pg_ctl start

Pg_ctl:no database directory specified and environment variable PGDATA unset are set under environment variables if reported during startup

Pgdata=/bea/postgresql/9.3/data
Export PGDATA

If you report CST log:could not create IPV6 socket: Address family not supported by protocol, ignore, do not affect connection
