Solve:

Open Browser, general input to Zabbix setup.php interface

ip/zabbix/setup.php Enter

Follow the prompts step by step down to fill in the database user name password, etc.

The final step will prompt you to complete if it is nginx, then/usr/local/nginx/html/zabbix/conf/will have zabbix.conf.php and he will prompt you. path and file name

If you do not have this file then copy the/usr/local/nginx/html/zabbix/conf/zabbix.conf.php.example into the zabbix.conf.php file and change the corresponding IP port restart service on it
