Error: ORA-12154: TNS: unable to process service name

The cause of this error is different from that of Baidu. My client programs can be executed normally in different directories, however, an error occurs in one of the directories, so I think there is a problem in the directory path. Since it is a path, it can only be caused by the special characteristics of the folder name that cannot be executed, later, it was found that the folder name in the directory where the program cannot be executed contains "(" and ")". This is allowed in the windows folder naming rules, but it seems that oracle does not support it or anything.

 

If a problem is found, remove the brackets in the directory and run the command again. No error is reported.
