Workaround:

In the directory where the virtual machine is located, locate the *.vxm file and add a line at the end:

" e1000 "

This replicated virtual machine only provides a virtual hard disk. vmxd file, with no perfect match for your newly created *.VXM.

Tried other methods on the Web, but none were successful, such as emptying the/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules file.
