Objective
The virtual machine is using VMware Workstation and is the first to experience a 64-bit system on a virtual machine. When a new virtual machine is created, the VMware Workstation alert appears at runtime: This host supports Intel Vt-x, but Intel Vt-x is disabled.

If you are already in bios/ the Intel vt-xis disabled in the firmware settings , or the host has never restarted since the setting was changed, the Intel Vt-x may be disabled.
(1) Verify that Intel vt-x is enabled in the bios/ firmware settings and that trusted execution is disabled.
(2) if one of these two bios/ firmware settings has changed, restart the host.
(3) If you never restart the host after installing VMware Workstation , reboot.
(4) update the host's bios/ firmware to the latest version.

1 , power off, Power on, at startup, press F1 today BIOS Settings page;

3 , change disabled(off) to enabled (open);
4 , save settings, click F10 , exit after saving, restart
