1. Go to GitHub to download the template to initialize Https://github.com/vuejs-templates/webpack
Or just use Git to clone the template you want.

2. Unzip the downloaded template. git clone is not uncompressed.

3. Place the folder under the C:/administrator/.vue-templates/folder

4. Then what to do and what to do. Under your project file Execute VUE init < The template you just downloaded, such as: Webpack, or webpack-simple et cetera > (project-name) –offline
