In Eclipse or Mycelipse, start run on server or view project file times wrong:
Resource is out of sync with the file system: '/test_1_struts_spring_hibernate/webcontent/web-inf/. Struts-config.xml.strutside '.
This is an issue in which the file system is out of sync because of modifications to the resource in the project outside of Eclipse or mycelipse (or caused by changes to the files between different systems), but sometimes no modifications are made outside of Eclipse or mycelipse , a similar error is reported.
WORKAROUND: You need to refresh the resource manager manually.
(1) in Eclipse or Mycelipse, right-click on the project directory and select F5 (refresh)
(2) Set Eclipse or Mycelipse auto Refresh.
With Window->preferences->general->workspace, select Refresh automatically.
