Restoration method after SureHA 2.0 cluster software is uninstalled

After the SureHA 2.0 cluster software is uninstalled, it can be restored directly using the original configuration file.

1. Save the original configuration file.

Before you uninstall the HA software, you must first save the original configuration file.

Switch to the configuration mode in webmanager and select "export configuration file" in "file", as shown in the figure below:

 

Then, save the configuration file, as shown in the following figure:

 

2. Uninstall the HA software;

3. Reinstall the HA software;

4. Import the HA license;

5. Open webmanager and you will be prompted. Select import configuration file, as shown in the figure below:

 

Select the saved configuration file and apply the configuration file.

If you only need to uninstall the HA software of one of the nodes for restoration, you can open webmanger on the node with the HA software and switch to the configuration mode to apply the configuration file directly.
