One: The role of the review

1  : Get things over with

A: Review completed----> Find A sense of accomplishment
    B: Schedule Unfinished-----> Be aware
2: Let the mood be over

   When things in the day are over, the heart will be completely put down, and the mood will naturally be put down.

   If things don't come to an conclusion-----> sometimes have unfinished things in the brain-----> start to feel nervous-------> cause a bad sleep.

Second: A review of the six focus on the angle

1: Mission (why)----> direction and spindle

mission is the direction and the spindle

A: If you do not know the mission of doing everything, you stagger in the process, sometimes clear and sometimes confused.
   
B: Your life from time to time to experience confusion and wandering, do not know where your life.

Every time we look back on our mission, we have a beautiful picture in our brains, and every time we can get the power from it.

2: Vision (How)----> Realm and Height

Vision is the realm and height of doing things
A: Refers to the height of the pursuit of this matter.

B: Different stages of life in the pursuit of different heights.
When each of us looks back on our vision, we know very well that we are at that stage, and we have a good idea.
　
3 : Corner-----> Balance life and Work
The angle of responsibility (roles and responsibilities) mainly refers to the balance of life and work
  
A: We live in the world, with many roles, we not only to complete the mission, colleagues need to balance their lives.
B: If work and life cannot be taken into account, our life will be unbalanced.

Mainly to review whether life and work have a balance

4: Target----> Focus and Pursuit A: The goal is that we can stare at and see with our eyes.
  
B: We can mobilize all the resources (time, people) to concentrate on the whole body to pursue.
  
C: The process of achieving our goals.
  
D: It's easy to block irrelevant stuff.

Let's be more focused

②: The disadvantage of the target:

That narrows our horizons.

Because we set a goal----> our vision becomes smaller----> focus on the goal.

When the viewing angle becomes narrower, we filter out a lot of important information. This is why there is a "mission", "Vision", "role" of the full-off perspective.
