The first statement is post.
1. First download the latest SDK 2.3 File
Windows: android-sdk_r08-Windows. Zip: http://dl.google.com/android/android-sdk_r08-windows.zip, you need to know that this zip package is not a complete package. The Android software package adopts the form of "components". You can select components as needed. The preceding ZIP file contains only one component management tool and one basic tool component.
Installer_r08-windows.exe: http://dl.google.com/android/installer_r08-windows.exe (recommended)
Previously, I directly used the 2.2zip package to install it. The installation was unsuccessful and the installation was successful using installer_r08-windows.exe. We recommend that you
Google has released Android SDK 2.1 (PS: You can download Android 2.2, but you only receive the Windows version. You can search for other systems by yourself)
The following describes how to install the emulator simulator of Android 2.1:
1. First download the latest SDK 2.1 file. Because you need to download it over the wall (the original article says you want to go over the wall, but you really don't need to go over the wall, just use thunder ):
Windows 2.2: http://dl.google.com/android/android-sdk_r06-windows.zip
Windows 2.1: http://dl.google.com/android/android-sdk_r04-windows.zip
Linux Version 2.1: http://dl.google.com/android/android-sdk_r04-linux_86.tgz
Mac version 2.1: http://dl.google.com/android/android-sdk_r04-mac_86.zip
2. decompress the file and run "SDK setup.exe"
With installer_r08-windows.exe, the program will automatically find the installation package that can be installed, and you only need to click Next.
Note: run the SDK setup.exe file.
If you encounter a message as"Failed to fetch URL...", Then you need to change the HTTPS Method to the HTTP method, the method is as follows:
If this error occurs, follow the steps below.
1) in the "android SDK and AVD manager" window, select "Settings" on the left"
2) Select "Force https ://... "This option
Select force https ://... "This option
3) Click "Save and apply" and run the SDK setup.exe again.
Of course, there are more than one problem in this step:
Note:When upgrading (update all) 99%, an annoying box is displayed, prompting:Folder failed to be renamed or moved...Let you click Yes No. It seems that you can only click no. It is invalid to click yes,
Solution:
1. Copy the Tools Folder and paste it. The name under the current directory will change to "Restore Tools", and "Restore Tools" will be renamed to "tools-Copy ",
(If you do not understand the above, create a folder named "tools-Copy ", copy all the items in the tools to the "tools-Copy". The copy is not cut .)
2. Run "android. Bat" in "tools-Copy", and then upgrade (-"update all" under the left-side installed packages). Close the SDK after the upgrade is successful. (Only upgrade and installation are required. Do not change the configurations first)
3. Run the SDK setup.exe again.
3. Select the API version, driver, and documentation you want to install.
Select the required package.
1) if you only need to try Android 2.1 emulator, you only need to select "SDK platform Android 2.1. API 7, revision 1" to install it.
