RHEL7 virtual machines to set up shared files with hosts

Problem:

Because the system mounts the system installation CD under/MNT when installing Vmware-tools, causing the VMware host-guest filesystem installation to fail during installation, the virtual machine/mnt directory does not have a Hgfs directory after configuring the shared folder in the virtual machine settings. Solve:

Cancel the device that is mounted on the/MNT

#umount/mnt
Unpack Vmware-tools installation package, enter vmware-tools-distrib/bin/directory, run Vmware-config-tools

#./vmware-config-tools

Prompt to activate the VMware host-guest filesystem feature, select Yes

Waiting for configuration to complete

Reboot effective

Enter/mnt/hgfs success
