"Target average bit rate" is the average bit rate mode, and the compressed file will be as close as possible to this average bit rate. "Target frame rate" (Frame Rate): The default value is 30, but because rmvb is a highly compressed file, there is not enough data like DVDRip to ensure the number of frames, therefore, this value must be adjusted to a smaller value. In addition, my understanding of the frame rate is that, on the one hand, the frame rate is related to the smoothness of the screen, but as long as the frame rate is above 15, the human eyes cannot tell the pause. In addition, the more important aspect is that the frame rate is inversely proportional to the image quality, which has been verified in the suppression of rmvb and is also one of the basis for reducing the frame rate. If you need to greatly adjust the brightness, the frame rate can be reduced to offset the slight increase in the file after the brightness increases. Frame rate reduction is the most important setting in template settings.

. 33 is the standard 4: 3 full screen mode, which scales to 512x384 during compression. Most of these images are built on animated films. The animation suppression image should be uniformly scaled to this value.

Press VCD to rmvb. If the original VCD image quality is clear, you can zoom in to 400x300, 448x336, or 480X360, this can better reflect the image quality improvement brought by rmvb (in general, it means the picture is stretched ). This is not in conflict with the picture I mentioned.

Set the DVDRip image settings in ffdshow so that the compression time will not be extended.

First, set it to the zoom-out mode of lancroz in settings.

Note: ffdshow and Avi are rubber-like, so you can remove this option when suppressing other movies.

Vobsub image cropping Function

Sub formatThe format setting of the word Mu is more troublesome and not fixed. Right-click the idx file and select "Edit with vobsub". The filter dialog box is displayed. Three items can be modified.

2. Font color. Select the M option and change the color. First, remember which one is checked. After selecting custom, select the box that was originally checked. Then select the font color in the remaining baskets. Generally, set two options: the font color and the font border.

Suppression of bilingual AVI Files

Bilingual DVDRip is commonly seen in science and education films, such as BBC, IMAX, and Exploration Series. Of course, a large part of my friends also like the sound and the font.

When compressing software flags, the first channel is pressed by default, and the first channel is often explained in English or in Cantonese. For DVDRip that can normally display the word mu, the first sound is used to achieve the sound source + word Mu.

Some dual DVDRip audio synthesis problems, when not processing (shielding a channel) tablet, there will be harsh noise.

I have accumulated some experience in these problems.

Three software required: avimux_gui, vdm, and RMA

1. Check the audio of bilingual files.

The bilingual DVDRip first uses avimux_gui to check whether there are errors in audio integration. In the case of an error dialog box, separate merging and suppression! Otherwise, the pressed rmvb will produce noise.

2. avimux_gui usage skills

Avimux_gui is easy to use.

Drag the DVDRip file of the channel to be detached into the software, and click "add vidieo source"

The software analyzes the audio stream of the original file and selects the second channel. Do not change the other channels (Note whether the options are the same as those shown in the figure). Click "begin" to display the Save dialog box. After saving, the software starts to resynthesize the AVI file with only one channel.

After avimux_gui analyzes the audio track, right-click "Save as MP3 or AC3"

3. Use of vdm

When Ogg is bilingual or avimux cannot be separated, you can use vdm for processing.

4. Separation and synthesis of RMA video and audio

If there is a bilingual error, You can suppress the video and audio that are merged with rmvb first, then you can use RMA.

After avimux_gui analyzes the audio track, right-click "Save as MP3 or AC3 ". Press the MP3 or AC3 file into Rm format, and select 44 KB stereo for the audio file. You can first compress Avi into rmvb without any processing. This rmvb is generally noisy.

4. Graphic character Loading

AVS is used to suppress rmvb.

1. Flexible Loading. For example, VP6 and wmv9 can be loaded through aviscource. 120 frames of AVI can be squashed by AVS Frame Rate Conversion. Subtitles cannot be added or loaded through AVS or multiple subtitles. You can use the AVS function of ffdshow to load SSA subtitles.

2. SVCD/vob-rmvb is used to crop black edges using AVS to increase the brightness and increase the compression speed and quality (the built-in filter effect of the compression software is poor, it is also extremely time-consuming ). The vob-rmvb series produced by the Han Feng and CAT games are generally excellent. It seems that loading the field processing filter (de-drawing) is not desirable. However, 1pass compression is required to achieve better results. VCD-rmvb, using AVS to load the Flexographic filter (fluxsmooth) can indeed be significantly improved.

3. Merging and suppression of AVS. It is used for the suppression of bilingual DVDRip-rmvb (the second channel of direct synthesis and extraction). In addition, the synthesis and suppression is a new idea that I use to control the 1pass suppression dislocation, but everything is not absolute, in rare cases, the bit rate for merging and suppression is larger than that for single suppression.

AVS skills are simply summarized as above and will not be detailed.

VCD-rmvb suppression techniques

1. Copy. Generally, it is relatively safe to copy the VCD to the hard disk, and batch suppression can be achieved.

For normal films, as long as WMP can be played, it can be directly copied to the hard disk and directly pressed!

A. encrypted
Generally, you can use isobuster to read data.
For VCD encrypted by using the bad channels of the manual CD, this type of VCD must first use the recording software that can avoid the bad channels of the Manual, such as clonecd reading the CD into an image file, then, use isobuster to read the video files!

B. If WMP cannot be played, you can use vcdgear to convert it to mpge format.

Vcdgear can check files in mpge format. If the prompt in the lower right corner of the file after conversion is yellow (with mosaic) or red (with bad frames), do not suppress the VCD here, it must not be synchronized!

C. You can use vcdcutter to cut a VCD with bad frames.

2. Pay attention to the following points for VCD suppression:

A. The image is more subtle and sophisticated than 400x300! Force fixed the screen size to remove black edges on left and right

B. You can use AVS to load the softening filter to enhance the compression effect.

1. Rip the vob file to the hard disk.
Use smartripper to copy the vob file of the DVD to the hard disk.
1. Put the DVD into the optical drive and start smartripper. The software will automatically analyze the parameters of the IFO file to generate the vob file. For example, the main film has several chapters.
2. Set the Ripper parameter.
1) first set the output location and use the default name. The start button is displayed.

2) Select "ennable stream processing" in the stream processing column and start to select audio channels and MOOC. audio channels are used in Mandarin. If the audio channel is multi-channel (such as 5ch or 2ch) select a 2 CH channel. Do not select "others. In this way, the size of Ripper files will be much smaller. Of course, subtitles will be extracted from the CD later. You can also choose not to. Here, someone can use dvdx to convert vob into an AVI file with subtitles.

If you use a bilingual vob file, you can only rip one channel!

3) settings in setting. Set "file splitting" to Max filesize. That is to say, merge several vob files into a vob file to the hard disk, which facilitates future processing.

4) You do not need to change the other parameters, and then start ripper. Generally, we need to generate a consolidated vob file. A temporary d2v file will be generated in the output directory. If the file is not displayed, remove "demacrovision" in the settings. This process requires 15 ~ 20 min, and ensure that the output directory has at least 4 GB Space

2. Subtitle Extraction

Call up vobsub configure. Open the IFO file with the same name as vob on the DVD. Because we copy the entire segment, you do not need to select a chapter for this step. You can directly create an index to create a sub-domain that everyone is familiar. 10 ~ 15 min.
