In this case, the demand personnel should play the role of the navigator, that is, before the design, the requirement personnel should invite the designers to participate in the review of the requirement documents, that is, the product management system is called the 'demand review '. In this process, the requirement documents are explained and the business is explained through review, as many designers as possible can understand the business, so that designers can design on the basis of understanding and reduce deviations, so that demand analysts can play a navigation role.

Secondly, the requirement analysts should act as validators in the design process.. With the review process, designers can recognize product requirements and build a product framework based on understanding the business. Due to the feasibility of the technical implementation and the constraints of the construction period, some businesses still need to be confirmed by both parties during the design process. On the basis of satisfying the real needs of users as much as possible, build the product framework. For technically difficult businesses, both parties need to reach a consensus and may use a flexible method to implement the business. Therefore, the demand analysts assume the role of the validator who understands the design's requirements.

Again, the requirement analyst is the tester of the design results.Based on the first two points, designers can design the product framework based on their understanding of the business, but is the implementation truly consistent with the real business needs? This also requires a verification process, which is called 'Design review' in the product management system '. Similar to 'demand Review', it is an opportunity for designers to present their own results to everyone. in the review process, the demand personnel should meet the business needs, verify the accuracy of the design concept. Of course, there will be some problems in this process. The two sides will balance the three factors of "technical implementation degree, time factor, and real business demand" and find corresponding solutions. Therefore, in the design review process, the requirement analysis personnel can test business requirements.

After the above three points, the real user needs can be taken closer to the end product, from the user needs to show-> product needs-> product design, to the third step, of course, there will be a series of activities in the future, such as the development process, testing, verification, and market.
