Learning Purpose: Learn how to use the Accees database.
First, to install the accees in office (my demo is Office 2003), the installation process is not said here, and when you install it, you open access. Press the empty database, create a new database, the file name can be called Guestbook.mdb. ( hint: in order to be safe, the filename is a bit more complex because the Access database can be downloaded!!) )
Create a new table using the designer, a database MDB file where you can build multiple tables. Double-click Create table using Designer
Fill in the field name and select the field type, a record can have many fields, can have many field types, field size means that the maximum number of characters this field can hold, when this field does not have any information is, Accees will replace with the default value (no information is not empty meaning), General required fields and allow empty strings to be set to no, yes to prevent errors
According to the above figure to establish several fields, in time the default value is =now () Is this field does not need to fill in, the system directly to the current time instead.
So the fields are all built, close this window, press the prompts to save the table, enter the name of the table guest, the last show the following figure, the choice is, the primary key is the record of the logo, in order to be simple, we can change the number to ID, and in the accees as far as possible not to use Chinese to represent
Finally, double hit the table, watch the records inside the table
