Of course, the UTP jumper between the transceiver and the hub device must also use a straight line. This is typically a router connection between a router and a switch, such as a switch that has only a fibre port, and the routing device provides a RJ-45 port or a AUI port, and the connection between the two can be achieved by means of a sc-to-rj-45 or Sc-to-aui transceiver. The UTP jumper between the transceiver and the switch device must also use a straight line. However, the fact that the switch is a pure fiber interface is very rare.
