Fault analysis

1. Use the command ping on the Routerb, can ping the multicast source address normally, the IGP route can reach, explain the normal IP business is normal, can eliminate the IP level problem.

2. Using command display multicast routing-table on Routera, a (S,G) table entry generation was found. The command display multicast routing-table is used on the Routerb, and no (S,G) table entries are generated.

No multicast routing was learned on the 3.RouterA, and the use of direct connection to the multicast client on Routera was normal.

4.RouterA access to the multicast source via vlanif requires the property routing command to be enabled under the Vlanif interface. Viewing the configuration file through the command display current-configuration, it is found that command property routing is not enabled under the Vlanif interface.
