Run cmd with other account

Generally, when we run the CMD command, the permission used to run the CMD command is the current user permission. This mode is basically suitable for most users.

SharePoint developers often run SharePoint 2010 powershell to operate SharePoint objects. If the current user has no permission, an access exception is thrown. You may often encounter this situation. Therefore, we need to find the Administrator account to log on to the server again and run the powershell script again. In this way, I have to go back and forth several times.
