1. Eclipse exports the project as a jar
Eclipse--and Export--in the tree in the interface select "Jar file under Java" (I don't know what the ' Runnable jar file ' is, it's useless ...), next----Select the appropriate project , select the exported directory and fill in the file name of the exported jar, next--and leave the default options unchanged, next---select "Main Class", Finish.

Print Process ID--Program sleeps 10 seconds--Program exits
