When installing GRID, run the root. sh script to report an error (ORA-27091: unabletoqueueIO ). When installing RAC11gR2 on CentOS5.8

When installing GRID, run the root. sh script to report an error (ORA-27091: unable to queue I/O ). When installing RAC11gR2 on CentOS5.8

During the installation of RAC11gR2 on CentOS5.8, when the installation of grid is about to end, you may encounter the following problems when running the root. sh script on the first node:
