2, the newly installed or overhaul of deep well pump, should adjust the gap between the pump shell and impeller, impeller in operation should not be friction with the shell.

3, deep-pump in the operation should be water into the shaft and bearing the shell of pre-run.

4, deep well pump before starting, should check and confirm:

(1) Base base bolts are fastened;

(2) The axial clearance meets the requirements, the adjustment bolts of the insurance nut has been installed;

(3) Packing gland has been tightened and lubricated;

(4) Motor bearings have been lubricated;

(5) Rotary motor rotor and stop-back mechanism are flexible and effective.

5, deep-pump should not be idle in the absence of water. The secondary impeller of the water pump should be submerged below 1m. The change of water level in the well should be observed frequently during operation.

6, in operation, when it is found that the foundation around a larger vibration, should check the pump bearing or motor filler wear; when there is too much wear and tear, the new pieces should be replaced.

7, has been sucked, discharged the deep well pump containing mud sand, before stopping the pump, the application of clean water rinse.

8, stop the pump before, should first shut off the water valve, cut off the power, lock the switch box. When the winter is stopped, the water in the pump should be put clean.
