Understanding and practicing answering a few difficult questions before the interview will help you prepare for answering other questions. There are many questions, but some are few, but they are the basis for answering other questions.

1. Why not talk about yourself?

Analysis: this is an open question. You can talk about it from anywhere, but the last two hours are not what the employer wants. The question is whether you can select the key and express it clearly and smoothly. Obviously, the questioner wants you to associate your background with the desired location.

Answer: There are several basic methods. One is to answer the question directly, and the other is to clarify the question before answering. In both cases, you need to quickly turn your answers to your skills, experience, and training you have received for the current job.

A sample answer: "I am from a small family with a younger brother and my parents are still working. After I graduated from middle school, I studied for a bachelor's degree in marketing. As a marketing executive in a business organization, I learned a lot about management. For example, the total sales volume of a wholesale sales company I am solely responsible for is USD 2 million a year. Where I learned how to manage people and solve problems under pressure. I hope to use my skills better. I believe that my experience and education background will bring me into the greater challenges of the future ."

Comments: I only briefly introduced my personal history, and soon I will focus on the skills and experience related to my work. You can also ask the interviewer to concentrate on what he really wants to know. For example, you can ask: "Do you want to know my education, or work-related technologies and experience ?" And so on. Most employers will be happy to tell you what they are interested in?

2. Why should I hire you?

Analysis: This is a direct and positive question. Although this question is not so clear, it will be raised after other questions. This question has no implicit meaning.

Answer: You need to answer a direct question. Why do they want to hire you? The most clever answer is not for you. This problem will allow you to provide them with evidence to prove that you can help them improve work efficiency, reduce costs, increase sales, solve problems (such as work on time, improve customer services, organize one or more management tasks, and so on ).

Answer: "I am an experienced manager. In terms of employee team building, I am comfortable with organizing project implementation and encouraging employee cooperation. Over the years, I have mastered a set of skills for hiring and retaining people. In addition, I am also good at helping the company smoothly implement technical transformation and employee training. I often give examples to major customers, and our sales have increased by an average of 87% over the past two years ."

Comments: In the answer, the instance provides strong evidence to sell yourself directly and confidently.

3. What are your main advantages?

Analysis: Like the previous question, this question is quite straightforward, but hidden.

Countermeasure: Your answer should first emphasize your adaptive or existing skills. The decision to hire you depends largely on these skills. You can introduce your skills related to your work in detail later. The answer must be simple.

A sample answer: "I have the ability to work towards the goal. Once I make up my mind to do something, I will do it well. For example, my volunteer is to become a good PR manager. I like to contact different people and serve people to achieve this goal. I am currently taking relevant courses ."

Comments: "I have a strong learning and adaptability ." "Good interpersonal relationships" and so on are advantages that can be proposed, but try to provide work-related evidence, which will make you different.

4. What are your main shortcomings?

Analysis: This is a tough issue. If you answer the answer truthfully, you will ruin your job, and the employer tries to put you at a disadvantage and observe how you will respond in a similar job dilemma.

Countermeasure: Be honest in answering such questions. The perfect answer should be a concise and positive introduction to offset the opposite.

Answer Example 1: "The workers accused me of being too invested in my work. I often arrange my work a little ahead of schedule and get off work a little later in the evening to finish what I want to do ."

Answer Example 2: "I need to learn to be more patient. My temper is quite urgent. I always need to finish my work in the first place. I cannot tolerate the neglect of work ."

Comments: although the answer is its own shortcomings, it shows positive results and positively offsets the work.

5. What is your expected salary?

Analysis: if you have too low requirements on salary, it will obviously degrade your ability. If you have too high requirements on salary, it will seem that you are too heavy, and the company cannot afford it. Some employers usually budget their expenses for a job in advance, so the first price they offer is often the highest price they can offer. They asked you to confirm whether the money was sufficient to interest you in the job.

Countermeasure: before negotiating the salary, you have investigated and understood the reasonable market value of your work. When talking with the other Party, you may wish to insert a "reasonable and market value" vocabulary as much as possible. I remember that it would be easy to lower the original offer during the negotiation, but it would be difficult to raise it again after the offer is made at a low price.

Answer Example 1: If you have not fully demonstrated your self-worth, the interviewer will take this question to test you. You may wish to refer to the following answers:

"Money is not the only thing I care about. I 'd like to talk about my contribution to your company first-if you allow ."

"I don't have a hard requirement on my salary. I believe your company will be friendly and reasonable in dealing with my problems. I pay attention to finding the right job opportunities, so as long as the conditions are fair, I will not care too much ."

Answer Example 2: If you have already clarified the importance of the position, but the other party still tells you that the reward is the best. You may wish to point out that the nature of your work is actually worth a higher reward, clarify how you will reduce your company's expenses through your efforts, and explain what fees you have to bear at work, etc, to prove your value to the company, and to show that you require higher payment is based on your performance.

However, if the other party does not want to compromise, do not exclude the employer from your consideration until you get a positive answer. You can ask, 'Have you decided to hire me ?" If the answer is yes, but the reward makes you unwilling to accept it, you can reject it as follows:

"Thank you for providing me with a job opportunity. I really want this job, but my salary is lower than I want, which is one of the reasons why I cannot accept this job. You may think about me again, or you may think about me in the future when I have a more valuable job for you ."

Comments: Leave room for negotiation even if the recipient is rejected. If the employer needs you, he will be happy to meet your requirements. Once you say "no" to the standards they propose, the transaction will fail.

6. What are the relationships between your previous experience and our current work?

Analysis: This question requires you to overcome any weaknesses shown in your background when comparing with other job seekers.

Answer: first, introduce your advantages. If other job seekers are obviously more educated, more experienced, or more knowledgeable, then you should introduce your advantages.

Answer Example 1: "As you know, I just completed the enhanced training on computer programming. In addition, I have more than three years of business experience, including managing small businesses when the boss is absent. I learned how to handle finance and basic accounting work there. I also calculated and managed products worth $0.3 million. These experiences Help me understand the role of enterprises in computer programming. Although I am new to programming, I am familiar with computer languages. My education is comprehensive. I have over 300 hours of computer operation time, which is part of my course. Because I am a newbie, I am determined to work harder than others to complete the task in time ."

Comments: these answers emphasize convertible skills (accounting work knowledge) and adaptive skills (finish tasks on time and work harder ). This is necessary for programmers who lack work experience. In this case, the knowledge learned at school is also very important and should be emphasized like the "formal" work.

Answer Example 2: "In my previous work, I used a lot of the same technologies as I needed to do a good job. Although they are different enterprises, management enterprises all need the organizational and supervisory capabilities they possess. In the past seven years, I have made my department one of the most profitable departments in our company. During my work, annual sales increased by an average of 30%, and my profits also increased by 30%. As this is an old company, such performance is very unusual. In the past seven years, I received two promotions and soon rose to the management level. I want to accept the challenge in a small, developer company like you. I feel that my experience has prepared me for this step ."

Comments: The respondent understands that the previous work areas are different from the current ones, but he emphasizes the achievements and previous successes. Various management technologies are used to complete this task. The answer also talked about the motivation to continue to accept the challenges of small companies.

7. What are your plans for the future?

Analysis: This question is about your motivation. It is exploring whether you can trust your work for a long time and work hard.

Answer: Your best countermeasure is honesty. This is always emphasized. I am not asking you to expose negative information. You should be prepared to answer your employer's concerns openly and positively. Which of the following is the concern of the employer? It depends on your personal background.

For example:

Are you satisfied with your work? (Will you leave the company if you are not satisfied ?)

Do you want to get married? (Will you be suspended from taking care of children if you become a family member ?)

Have you ever been away from short-term work? (If yes, will you give up the job ?)

Have you just moved here as a temporary or temporary resident? (If yes, you will not stay here for a long time, right ?)

Do you have better requirements than this job? (If so, what makes you fail ?)

Do you have any advantages and promise to develop at work? (If not, who needs a person without strengths and motivation ?)

Is there any reason for your dissatisfaction? (If yes, the employer will naturally try to figure it out .)

Answer Example 1: for a person who just joined the work, he can answer the following question:

"I realized that I would like to start from here to create myself in this field. I thought about what I want to do, and I'm sure my skills are exactly what I need to do this job well. For example, I am good at dealing with people. In one of my past jobs, I provided services to over 1000 different people every week. During my 18 months of work, I served more than 72000 customers and never received a formal complaint. In fact, they often praise me for my considerate service. I realized that I like public contact and I felt very happy to get this job. I want to learn better at work and make progress together. As my contributions and value to the company continue to increase, I hope to consider putting me in a more responsible position ."

Comments: The employer wants to know that you will work hard for a long time. These answers comfort employers who are concerned about this. (Note: the background is the experience that can be obtained from working in a fast food restaurant .)

Example 2: If you have no work experience or short-term work experience, they can answer the following question:

"I have done several kinds of work (one or unemployed) and I realize that decent and stable work should be cherished. My various experiences are a kind of wealth. I learned a lot and I can use them in this job. I am looking for a job that can be settled, worked, and persisted ."

Comment: This is an acceptable answer, but the answer is too short and no evidence is provided. It is best to introduce your instance before the last sentence. Some positions, such as sales jobs, require you to be ambitious or brave. Other jobs have requirements for work areas or specialized institutions. You won't always predict what the employer wants. If you can do it right, you will have all the work requirements, and it is as simple as speaking it out with your mouth.

8. How did your former employer (teachers, introducers, administrators, etc.) evaluate you?

Analysis: this problem is related to the second expectation of the employer. Employers want to know your adaptive skills-whether you are easy to get along with, whether you are a good worker, etc. Your previous employer may talk about your problems. Of course, you may not talk about them. You know, many employers will read your creden before they hire you. If you talk about something different from what your previous employer said during the interview, you will be unlucky.

Answer: Be sure to discuss your job application plan with your previous employer, and ask your introducer for advice. Clearly tell them the types of jobs you want and the reasons for preparing for the new job. If the previous employer would say something is not good for you, you should talk openly with him to see what he would say.

If you are dismissed or forced to resign, you can justify your future employer. There are many successful people who have conflicts with their former employers. If you can tell these conflicts as much as possible, many interviewers will understand them. For an old employer with poor relationships with you, the wise way is to ask him to write a text proof material, in which case they will not give you a very bad message. A large company generally does not accept the phone number to provide proof material, which can make it easy for you to make a call to the company.

If possible, use the proofs that say hello. If your former boss doesn't want to do this, just find someone who is willing to help you. If you are fired, the best countermeasure is to tell the truth. But do not be too harsh on your former boss. This will make people feel that you are a good complaint and have no sense of responsibility. Furthermore, you are not at all wrong. You must first acknowledge that this is the case, and then take the opportunity to talk about your lessons.

A sample answer: "My three former employers will say that I work hard, reliable, and loyal. I leave there because of personal conflicts. For this reason, I am deeply troubled to give up my work there. You can call them and their comments on me are yes. I think it is better to talk to you. I still respect him. I got several promotions there, but as my power grows, there are more and more conflicts. We are mainly different types of people. I don't know how serious the problem is, because I only want to work. This is my fault. I realized that I should pay more attention to dealing with interpersonal relationships ."

Comments: The answer introduces some positive skills and uses specific examples to explain them. This is a strong answer.

9. Why are you looking for such a position? Why is it here?

Analysis: the employer wants to know if you are the kind of person in whatever company you want to live. If so, he or she will not be interested in you. The employer wants to find someone who wants to solve the problem at work. They have reason to think that such humans work harder and more efficiently, as do those who want to work in special companies.

Answer: It is important to know which jobs are suitable for your skills and interests in advance. To answer this question, we need to talk about the motivation of your choice of work goals, the skills you have required for the job, various specialized training courses, or education certificates related to your position.

This problem actually has two meanings. The first is why I chose this position, and the second is why I chose this company. If you have a reason to choose this company or choose this company is your greatest wish, you have to be prepared to answer why. If possible, you should try to understand it as much as possible before the interview. It is necessary to contact others for detailed information, or go to the library to view the company's annual report, or any method that can help you understand the situation.

A sample answer: "I spent a lot of time thinking about the possibilities of various occupations. I think this kind of job is best suited to me because many of the skills required for this job are what I am good. For example, analyzing and solving problems is my strength. In my previous work, I was able to discover and solve problems earlier than others. On one occasion, I proposed a plan to reduce the return rate of rental equipment by 15%, which does not sound high, but has achieved a good benefit of an annual increase of 25000 US dollars. The cost is only USD 100. At present, your company seems to allow me to solve problems. This company works well, develops rapidly, and is good at accepting new ideas. Your sales increased by 30% last year and you are about to introduce several large new products. If I work hard here to prove my own value, I feel that I have the opportunity to develop together with the company.

Comments: This kind of answer cleverly uses the "provide evidence" technique, which fits into the identity of an outstanding manager or secretary.

10. Why not talk about your personal situation?

Analysis: A good interviewer rarely asks this question directly, and can get the desired information through casual and friendly conversations. In most cases, the interviewer tries his best to find information that proves your stability or reliability.

Countermeasure: there are other questions that may concern an employer. The above questions are just speculation about some people. This is irrelevant, but if the employer wants to know if you are reliable, you have to do your best to deal with it. Remember to avoid mentioning obscure issues even if you are casual. Be friendly and confident when answering personal information.

Answer template:

Home with children: "I have two children who are both at school. They are with a good friend of mine and it is no problem to take care of the children ."

"I'm not married, but I have two children. It is important for me to have a stable income. It is not a problem to take care of my children ."

Young and single: "I am not married. Even if I get married, I will not change my plan to work full-time. I can devote all my energy to my work ."

New: "I decided to live in depression culch for a long time. I rented an apartment and the six cars in the moving company were unloading the furniture ."

Raise: "I have a pleasant childhood. My parents only need an hour to fly and I will see them several times a year ."

In my spare time: "When I don't go to work, I usually stay at home. I love to participate in community activities. I participate in activities in churches every week ."

Comments: The above answers can be expanded and used as a reference for your answers. Here, I want to tell you that your personal situation does not affect your ability to work, and it does help you. If your personal life will disrupt your work, presumably the employer will soon lose patience with you. This is not their problem, nor should it be their problem
