The source type setting is used to select the document type of the current copy job. Based on the different types of copies, select the appropriate copy document type, which is conducive to improving the Copy quality, the following describes the specific operation methods:

1. Press copy on the control panel.

2. Press menu on the control panel.

3. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select Copy function, and then press OK.

4. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select the source type, and then press OK.

5. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select the required options (text, text/photos, photos, and magazines), and then press OK.


6. Press stop/clear to return to the ready mode.
 
  

After completing the preceding operations, the machine source type is set successfully.
