1. Press menu on the control panel.

 


 


2. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select system settings, and then press OK.

 


 


3. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select maintenance, and then press OK.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select Toner insufficiency alarm, and then press OK.

 

 

 


5. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select open or close as needed, and then press OK. [Open] is used as an example.

 


Tip:

 

Turn on: When the toner is insufficient or used up, the printer screen will display information or LED indicator notification.

 

Off: when the toner is insufficient or used up, no information or LED indicator notification is displayed on the printer screen.
