Symptom:The copied file is white paper with no content, but it is normal to print it out.
The solution is as follows:
1. Copy the original article and place it.
Check whether the direction of copying and placing the original draft is correct. (The source file is literally placed up, and the source file of the glass plate is literally placed down .)

If your paper is correctly placed and the copy is still blank, proceed with the following operations.
2. Restart the printer.
