The solution is as follows:

3. Slide the screen up and select application manager ].

4. In the "Application Manager" menu, there are a lot of apps you downloaded. Here you find the software for downloading ringtones. At this time, the ringtones in this phone are downloaded using the 91 Mobile Assistant. Therefore, we will select "91 Assistant" as an example.

5. Move the screen up and select Clear default ].

6. When you set the incoming call ringtone again, click media storage to view the built-in ringtone of the mobile phone system, select the desired ringtone, and click only once.
